Someone needs to open up a dictionary and look up "offline". If it's Google Translate backed, then it's definitely NOT offline.

I was expecting something more like drag-drop text files, save the result, or get the translation options. It works like a browser without the options, you have to copy/paste the source. So it will be better to use the browser.
